Overall had awesome stay on holidays. I really enjoyed the room with balcony. The food was appetising and the staff were lovely and polite. Location: the hotel was really close to town centre, beach, all the restaurants and shops, cafes, beach.

The staff were excellent and amazingly efficient, had a great attitude. The room was nicely updated, the bed was comfortable, good-sized bathroom. Had good amenities.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet street, but still in a good place central to the town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette and a sofa right next to the double bed. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Plus, the continental breakfast is a great bonus to kickstart your day.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

The women on arrival was excellent, we had a problem with our first room, ashtray on balcony full, dripping toilet. Within minutes we were upgraded to another room.

The sound from other rooms was quite loud, walls very thin.

Reception staff were very friendly, the room was very modern and spacious, very close to the beach and all the restaurants in the area - we could walk down for dinner nearby

The location of this place is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a great idea to have lunch at Josephs Coat, which is only a short walk away.

The staff were very helpful on arrival. The apartments were close to the beach, shops and restaraunts. We parked our cars on arrival and did not have to use them till we left. The unit was clean and comfortable and no traffic noise was heard during the night.

My stay was VERY VERY GOOD on a business trip. The location was magnificent and perfect for exploring this pet friendly area, really close to the beach and local restaurants, the foreshore and surrounding streets, and the shops beach. Besides, I explored Glen Mckimmin Gallery at a medium distance from the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with incredibly comfortable bed. The room had a modern design. The check in was easy, the staff was excellent and highly efficient.

Upscale hotel located next to cafes, beach and the Skillion, Terrigal & quiet cul-de-sac position, and the main shopping area. Twin room, good bed and fairly clean bathroom. So many choices for breakfast: milk and cereal. Excellent service and comfortable ambiance. Free internet, parking in the complex. Very comfortable experience there.

I recently stayed at Terrigal Sails and had a fantastic experience. The spacious rooms were equipped with everything I needed, and the TV was easy to use. The location was excellent, with a short walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the great shower and the option to enjoy a relaxing spa.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I like the privacy to come and go as I pleased. The out of hours pick up key service, easy to use. Did not stay long so never really got to check out everything, but loved the room and location, just nicely tucked away, but easy quick walk to restaurants/bars

No ability to order food / refreshments nor in room information as to food refreshment delivery. No area to relax outdoors, the balcony of my room was not more than 18 inches deep, flat out standing on such let alone turning around or sitting.
